Jeffrey Braam and Iman Alipour are the new management board.
Utrecht, February 2018 – Martin van den Berge, founder of IT performance specialist Ymor, has resigned as CEO since the 1st of January 2018. Van den Berge hands over his work to current management members Jeffrey Braam (COO) and Iman Alipour (CCO). After the 1st of January 2018, Van den Berge will remain involved as a shareholder and strategic advisor.
Van den Berge founded Ymor 15 years ago. In these 15 years, Ymor has become a successful software and service provider that empowers top-500 organizations regain control over their IT performance. Private equity investor Main Capital bought a majority stake in the organization at the end of 2015. With the additional knowledge, experience and capital strength, Ymor continued to grow.
With the recent acquisition of the Danish performance specialist Avenida, Ymor took an important step in realizing its goal to become the European market leader in Application Performance Management (APM). Ymor now serves a wide range of clients in the Netherlands and Scandinavia.
Board members Braam and Alipour have worked together in the past. Braam joined Ymor in early 2017 with a focus on Delivery and DevOps, while Alipour has been responsible for Ymor’s commercial activities for the past six years. Alipour: “We complement each other on a professional and personal level. That works very well and also means that together as a team, we represent the entire organization. We are also grateful for the confidence Main Capital and Van Den Berge have given us to continue the success of Ymor.” The gentlemen intend to pursue the chosen path and will therefore continue to focus on quality of services and international growth.
